Three ingredient cake mix cookies. 

1 box cake mix – any flavour. 

Chocolate is awesome, the cookies in the photo were from a chocolate chip cake mix 

2 eggs 

1/2 cup oil (like canola or sunflower – not olive oil) 

 Preheat oven to 350 degress.

Empty cake mix into bowl. Eat a few lumps of it like I do.

Add eggs and oil, and mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoon or tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until just starting to brown and the centers are set.
